The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) pointed out that the covenant and pledge between the Muslims and the disbelievers and hypocrites is prayer. So, whoever abandons it has become a disbeliever.

• The Hadīth shows the great status of the prayers and that they are the distinguishing feature between the believer and the disbeliever.
• The rulings of Islam are established based on the outward circumstances of people, regardless of their inward circumstances.

• Command your children to pray when they are seven years old, and beat them for (not offering) it when they are ten, and separate them (boys and girls) in beds
• No man accuses another man of defiant disobedience or accuses him of disbelief except that it rebounds on him if his companion is not like that
• Do you know what your Lord has said?" They replied: "Allah and His Messenger know best." He said: "He has said: 'Some of My servants have entered the morning as believers in Me and some as disbelievers
• It was mentioned before the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) about a man who slept throughout the night until morning. He said, "That is a man in whose ears—or, he said, in whose ear—the devil urinated
