The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) was at the service of his family at home out of humbleness and modesty. He used to milk the sheep, fix the footwear, and serve them with regard to their house chores. That is because when ‘Ā'ishah was asked about what the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) used to do in his home, she said: "He was at the service of his family." In fact, this is the attitude of the prophets and messengers, peace be upon them. They are modest and humble in their actions and do not lead the life of luxury and comfort.

• Indeed, you are not inferior in the sight of your family. If you wish, I can stay seven (nights) with you, but if I stay seven with you, I will also stay seven with my (other) wives
