The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) informed us that three things are better than this world and everything therein: observing Ribāt for one day in the way of Allah, traveling in the way of Allah, and the very little space that one gets in Paradise that is equal to the space occupied by one's whip. This is because Paradise is everlasting, whereas this world is transitory, and a little of what is eternal is better than a lot of what is perishable.

• There are forty good qualities, the best of which is the lending of a milch goat. Anyone carries out any of these virtuous deeds seeking its reward (from Allah) with firm confidence that he will receive it, Allah will admit him to Paradise
• Every act of goodness is charity
• Are you not aware that Islam wipes out all (sins) that preceded it, and that Hijrah wipes out all (sins) that preceded it, and that Hajj wipes out all (sins) that preceded it?
• O Messenger of Allah, who is the best among people?
