‘Ā'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) mentions that when the garment of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) would become stained with semen, if it were wet, she would wash it with water and he would go out to pray wearing it while the water had not dried. If the semen were dry, she would rub it well off his garment and he would pray while wearing it.

• I was in a state of major ritual impurity and disliked to sit with you while being impure. The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: Glory be to Allah! The believer never becomes impure
• I used to take a bath with the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) from Janābah using a single water container in which we dipped our hands alternately
• The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) used to sleep while in a state of Janābah without touching water
• If any of you has sexual intercourse with his wife and then wished to have intercourse again, then let him perform ablution between the two times
