According to this Hadīth, the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) performed Hajj on a she-camel with an old worn-out saddle, covered by a piece of cloth, the value of which was four dirhams or even less. Then he said: O Allah, I perform this Hajj only for Your sake, hoping that you would be pleased with me, not to show off or seek to be seen or heard by the people.

• There was no person more beloved to them (the Companions) than the ‎Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him). Nevertheless, they would ‎not stand up when they saw him, knowing his dislike for that
• People were commanded to make (Tawāf around) the Ka‘bah the last thing they do, but an exception was made for the menstruating woman
• The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) visited me during my illness, riding neither a mule nor a horse
• If I am invited to a meal of a sheep's trotter or arm, I would accept the invitation
