The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) was asked what actions in the prayer were the best. They asked this for their eagerness to achieve the most amount of rewards. They meant which part of prayer e.g, bowing or prostration is the best? He answered that it was the long standing in the prayer.

• He who prays before sunrise and before sunset will not enter Hellfire
• Do you think that if I perform the obligatory payers, fast Ramadan, treat the lawful as lawful, and treat the unlawful as unlawful,
• 'O Bilāl, call the Iqāmah for the prayer; give us comfort by it.'
• The five (daily) prayers, Friday prayer to the next Friday prayer, and Ramadan to the next Ramadan are expiation of the sins committed between them, so long as major sins are avoided
